Vibe Coding 101

What this is

Vibe Coding 101 is the beginner path for building a simple website with AI.

This is not a traditional coding class. Learners are not starting with syntax, frameworks, or theory. They are learning how to describe an idea, guide AI, evaluate the result, and improve the project until it works.

The core loop is:

prompt -> generate -> test -> fix -> repeat

Why it matters

Beginners do not need to understand everything before they start. They need a system that keeps them moving without letting them blindly trust AI.

The Vibe 101 session flow is:

Plan -> Build -> Improve -> Ship

The learner stays in control. AI helps with speed, but the human still judges the work.

What to do

1. Keep the first project simple.
2. Choose a cafe, salon, portfolio, bakery, barber shop, fitness coach, tuition class, photographer, event invitation, home cleaning service, or online menu page.
3. Limit the project to 3 features.
4. Build one section at a time.
5. Test before continuing.
6. Ask for explanations when you do not understand.
7. Ship something real.

Use this rule throughout the session:

If it is not live, it is not finished.

Common mistakes

• Treating AI output as final.
• Asking AI to build the whole website in one prompt.
• Adding too many features.
• Continuing when the learner does not understand the change.
• Skipping deployment.
